We developed and integrated a comprehensive Loyalty Point Connector System linking WhatsApp Flow and Omnichat CRM. This solution automates the entire receipt-to-reward journey with real-time data synchronization and intelligent triggers:

  • WhatsApp Flow & Webhook Configuration: Customers can easily upload receipt images and complete required fields via WhatsApp for instant submission.
  • Real-time CRM Sync: Automatic creation of new rows with transaction details (SubmitTime, Submitter, Receipt URL, Transaction Date, StoreName, StaffCode, Amount, ProductType, etc.)
  • Omnichat API Automation: Smart triggers for “Approved/Rejected” status that automatically adjust loyalty points and send tailored WhatsApp notifications.
  • Reporting & Pivot Tables: Automated real-time dashboards for sales records and submission status monitoring.
